A Little Paperwork Before the Pawrty!

Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that being present at Pawradise Park involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with dogs, other guests, park equipment, and the overall environment, which may result in injury.

Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my presence at Pawradise Park, including any risks related to my dog, if applicable, as well as risks arising from the actions of other dogs and guests. 

Relase of Liability
I release and hold harmless Pawradise Park, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my presence on the premises, including any injury, loss, or damage. This waiver does not apply to claims arising from Pawradise Park’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.  

Dog Responsibility (if applicable) 
If I bring a dog(s) onto the premises, I confirm that my dog(s) is up to date on vaccinations, is healthy, and does not have a known history of aggressive behavior. I accept full responsibility for my dog(s) behavior and for any injury, damage, or loss caused by my dog(s).  

Rules & Responsibility
I agree to follow all Pawradise Park rules, policies, and staff instructions while on the premises. I am responsible formy own conduct and the conduct of my dog and any minor under my supervision while on the premises. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the premises. 

Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for Pawradise Park to capture and use photos or videos of me (and my dog, if applicable) for marketing and promotional purposes. 

Minor Participation
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the legal authority to sign this waiver on their behalf. I acknowledge and agree that the minor will be bound by all terms of this agreement. I assume all risks associated with the minor’s presence at Pawradise Park and accept full responsibility for their supervision and safety at all times. This agreement applies to the minor’s current and future visits to Pawradise Park. 

Ongoing Waiver Agreement
I understand and agree that this waiver applies to my current and all future visits to Pawradise Park. I acknowledge that policies and rules may be updated from time to time, and I agree to abide by such updates. My continued presence at Pawradise Park constitutes my acceptance of this agreement and any updates.
