EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE

This Event Waiver must be signed by all guests prior to being permitted to enter Pawradise Park. Any guest under the age of eighteen (18) must have this Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to entry. 

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Pawradise Park Waiver & Release of Liability available at: https://www.pawradisepark.com/event-waiver

I understand that my presence (and my dog’s presence, if applicable) involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury from interactions with dogs, other guests, and the environment.

I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless Pawradise Park, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I have read and understood the Pawradise Park Event Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and acknowledge that I am waiving substantial legal rights.
