

Return & Exchange POLICY
Returns
We do not accept returns for refunds on merchandise purchases. Because each piece is produced in small batches and custom-printed, all sales are final.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or another available item, as long as:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

All original tags are attached (if applicable)

The exchange request is made within 10 days of receiving your order

The item is not part of a limited or final-sale drop
To start an exchange, email info@pawradisepark.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange for.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 4 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll correct the issue at no cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges on:

Sale or promotional items

Limited-edition drops
-
Items showing wear, stains, pet hair, or odors

Customized or special-order items
Shipping & Processing
Once your exchange is approved:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Items must be shipped using a trackable method
-
Processing may take 3–7 business days once received

You’ll be notified once your replacement ships
