Return & Exchange POLICY

Returns

We do not accept returns for refunds on merchandise purchases. Because each piece is produced in small batches and custom-printed, all sales are final.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or another available item, as long as:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

  • All original tags are attached (if applicable)

  • The exchange request is made within 10 days of receiving your order

  • The item is not part of a limited or final-sale drop

To start an exchange, email info@pawradisepark.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange for.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 4 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll correct the issue at no cost.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges on:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Items showing wear, stains, pet hair, or odors

  • Customized or special-order items

Shipping & Processing

Once your exchange is approved:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Items must be shipped using a trackable method

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days once received

  • You’ll be notified once your replacement ships
